Art Displays -- At every general meeting, we have a display of work by three of our members. Each Featured Artist brings a few pieces of their work and is available to chat during the social hour. This gives us a chance to get to know one another better as artists and to show off our latest creations. Contact Roberta Rogers at email@example.com if you'd like to display your work at a meeting.
SHOWS & EXHIBITS
Members' Shows -- One of the privileges of PAL membership is being able to show your work in the public art shows we sponsor several times a year. These shows are very popular and are well-attended by art lovers, artists and the community at large. Our next Members' Show will take place in March.
12th Annual Open Juried Show -- We had nearly 300 entries from all across the U.S. and Canada for our Open Juried Show. In addition to the award-winners selected by our juror, internationally known watercolorist Carla O'Connor, visitors to the show selected an oil painting by PAL member Charles Salak as the People's Choice Winner. Mr. Salak's painting, "Morning Serenity," is shown below.
