Drawing and Painting Groups

   Throughout the year, PAL members get together to draw and paint in
more-or-less formal groups.

   Our Friday Painting Group has been meeting for many years. Currently they meet every Friday from 1-3pm. Contact Harry Sundberg at hesundberg@comcast.net or George Milliken gbmill2@comcast.net for information.

    Our Tuesday Figure Drawing Group meets at Donna Trent's studio each Tuesday from 10am-2pm. Anyone is welcome to join in and draw or paint. There's a small fee ($10) which goes toward model's fees. Contact Mimi VanBallenberghe at MimiStudio22@comcast.net for information.

   The Fox Island Painters meet at 10am at Nichols Community Center on Fox Island. All artists are welcome with payment of a $10 monthly fee. Contact Cece Anderson (253-549-4546) for information.

    During the summer, many of us meet to paint and draw en plein aire -

   The Drawing You In group meets every Wednesday on the Gig Harbor waterfront (July thru September) - weather permitting. Sessions last from 1-4pm and always feature a live model. For more information contact Doug Michie at 851-7579.
